Typically, no additional documents are required once the verification process is successfully completed upon your first withdrawal request. However, additional documents may be requested at any time after registration.
Initial verification documents must be uploaded via the app or website, while any additional documents can be sent by email. Our friendly customer service team can advise you if you are unsure.
When you are asked to upload documents to complete the verification process upon first withdrawal request, please follow the on-screen instructions. If you have previously started the verification process, you can continue by logging in with the credentials you used during your previous attempt.
Please ensure that when prompted to upload an identification document, you provide one of the following government-issued documents:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- ID card
Make sure all four corners of the document are visible, the image is clear and readable, and has not been edited digitally or manually. All documents provided must be valid.
