Do you accidentally accept a bonus you don’t want? No worries - it’s easy to fix.
- Go to My Account, then select Casino Bonus History.
- You’ll see all the bonuses you’ve received, with the most recent at the top.
- Find the bonus you want to cancel and click on it to expand the details.
- At the bottom, you’ll see the Cancel Bonus button – click on it to remove the bonus.
Please keep in mind by canceling the casino bonus; this will also remove any pending winnings associated with the bonus.
