If your Interac deposit has not reached us after 24 hours, we will need the CA reference number in order to help you locate and receive your transaction.
A CA reference number is the code you receive from Interac confirmation email (please see image below).
Your CA reference number is also visible in your full online banking which can be viewed on desktop/browser, but not in your banking app.
