Clicking the "Submit a request" button will open the Help menu, where you can select several topics. Here you can click ‘I have a different question’ to proceed:
You will then be taken to a contact form where you can leave your comment, feedback or ideas for improvement.
You can also rate your experience on the NorthStar Bets app in your app store for android and iOS. You can leave your ideas for improvement and your thoughts on the app there.
