Do I need to disable my VPN, Proxy or Remote Desktop Programs?

Yes, you do. Anything that alters your perceived location will interfere with your ability to use our platforms.

If you have a Proxy, virtual private network (VPN) or remote desktop program running on your device, you won’t pass the geolocation checks necessary to use our app or website.  

To disable a Proxy or VPN, you may need to:

  • Adjust your browser settings
  • Disable the VPN within your operating system
  • Uninstall the VPN

For specific instructions, please consult with your Proxy or VPN service provider's support centre.
