How do I turn on Location Services? (Android Mobile)?

Android Default Browser
  1. Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing: Go to Settings > Location > ON
  2. Open northstarbets.com in the browser and click Allow the browser to use your device’s location.
  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data permission:
    Click Menu > Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete browsing data
  4. Select Cookies and site Data & Location access data > Delete > Return to northstarbets.com and refresh the page.
Chrome
  1. Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing: Go to Settings > Location > ON
  2. Open northstarbets.com in the Chrome browser and Allow the browser to use your device’s location.
  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you selected the Block button by mistake, follow these steps to reset Location Settings permission:
    Select the three dots Menu icon > Settings > Site settings
    In the Blocked section, select the NorthStar Bets link > Allow > Then return to northstarbets.com
Firefox
  1. Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing: Go to Settings > Location > ON
  2. Open northstarbets.com and Allow the browser to use your device’s location.
  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Don’t Allow button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data permission:
    Click on the three dots Menu icon > Settings > Site permissions
    Select Location > Ask to allow > Return to northstarbets.com and refresh the page

In addition to the above, enabling high accuracy on your device will reduce the chances of encountering location errors. This can be done as follows:

  1. Open Settings for your device.
  2. Select "Connections". 
  3. Select "Location". 
  4. Select "Location Method". 
  5. Enable "High Accuracy".
