How do I turn on Location Services? (Android Mobile)?

Android Default Browser
  1. Turn on "Location Services" and "Allow Location Sharing": Go to Settings > Location > ON
  2. Open northstarbets.com in the browser and click "Allow" the browser to use your device’s location.
  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the "Block" button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset "Location Data" permission:
    Click Menu > Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete browsing data
  4. Select Cookies and site Data & Location access data > Delete > Return to northstarbets.com and refresh the page.
Chrome
  1. Turn on "Location Services" and "Allow Location Sharing": Go to Settings > Location > ON
  2. Open northstarbets.com in the Chrome browser and "Allow" the browser to use your device’s location.
  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you selected the "Block" button by mistake, follow these steps to reset "Location Settings" permission:
    Select the three dots Menu icon > Settings > Site settings
    In the Blocked section, select the NorthStar Bets link > Allow > Then return to northstarbets.com
Firefox
  1. Turn on "Location Services" and "Allow Location Sharing": Go to Settings > Location > ON
  2. Open northstarbets.com and "Allow" the browser to use your device’s location.
  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the "Don’t Allow" button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset "Location Data" permission:
    Click on the three dots Menu icon > Settings > Site permissions
    Select Location > Ask to allow > Return to northstarbets.com and refresh the page

In addition to the above, enabling high accuracy on your device will reduce the chances of encountering location errors. This can be done as follows:

  1. Open "Settings" for your device.
  2. Select "Connections". 
  3. Select "Location". 
  4. Select "Location Method". 
  5. Enable "High Accuracy".
