You may encounter a specific payment method not being available for withdrawals. In such case we recommend contacting your bank for more information on any set limits on their end.
In the meantime, we suggest registering a new payment method. To register a new payment method, simply use it to deposit a minimum of $20. Once the deposit is successful, you should be able to see the new payment method as an option to withdraw.
Whenever you have an active casino bonus on your account, your withdrawable funds might be locked with the playable funds until the wagering is completed for the casino bonus. To cancel the bonus:
- Go to My Account, then select Casino Bonus History.
- You’ll see all the bonuses you’ve received, with the most recent at the top.
- Find the bonus you want to cancel and click on it to expand the details.
- At the bottom, you’ll see the Cancel Bonus button - click on it to remove the bonus.
Please keep in mind by canceling the casino bonus; this will also remove any pending winnings associated with the bonus.
